| | Directions | | Heat oven to 325°. Grease a 9" pie plate. Combine first seven ingredients and beat at medium speed for 3 to 4 minutes. At low speed, blend in pecans. Spread batter evenly into pie plate. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes or until middle is puffed and cracked. |
