| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350. Sauté apples in large skillet over medium heat in hot butter until lightly browned. Add raisins, nutmeg and 1/4 cup of sugar; set aside. Place milk, eggs, vanilla, flour and remaining 1/4 cup sugar in blender. Blend on high 1 minute. Spread apples and raisins in 8 cup buttered shallow baking dish or 12 inch pie plate. Pour batter over apples. Bake 1 hour. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Serve warm with whipped cream. Serves 8 people. |
