| | Directions | | Drain 1/2 cup juice form strawberries into sauce pan. Heat to boil and empty into blender container. Add gelatin and milk and cover. Blend on low speed for 25 seconds. After 30 seconds remove cover and add sugar and egg yolks. Add strawberries, cream and ice. Blend on high speed for 50 seconds. Pour into 4-cup mold and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes. |
