With electric mixer at low speed beat till well blended 1 to 2 min then blend in Cool Whip.Spread 1/2 over the Crackers ,then add another layer of Crackers .Top with the remaining pudding mix. and another layer of crackers.Spread Cherry pie filling over crackers. Chill 3 hours. |
