Combine milk and pudding in Ziploc bag. Remove air and seal. Squeeze and knead with hands until blended for 1 minute. Add the pumpkin, cinnamon, and ginger. Remove air and seal. Squeeze and knead until blended - about 2 minutes. Place graham cracker crumbs in bottom of cup. Cut corner of the gallon freezer bag and squeeze filling into cup. Garnish with whipped topping. Makes about 12 cups.

-2 2/3 cups cold milk
-2 packages instant vanilla pudding mix (3 ounce pkgs)
-1 package whipped topping
-1 can Pumpkin (15 ounce can)
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
