Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.

Combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and mandarin oranges with juice. Pour in prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Combine pudding mix, pineapple and thawed cool whip. Spread over cooled cake.
