| | Directions | | Put all ingredients in blender; blend until smooth. Pour into sprayed 9x13 pan, dusted with 2 tsp flour. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Cool and cut into 4 pieces, slice each piece in half. Mix 1/2 C. ricotta cheese, 1/2 tsp vanilla, 1 pkg of Equal. Spread between cake slices. Equals 4 servings: 1/2 bread, 1 fruit and 1 1/2 protein. |
