White Chocolate and Ritz Recipe
Directions
Make peanut butter crackers by placing peanut butter in between 2 Ritz crackers.

Spread a large piece of wax paper out on the countertop.

Melt one pack of white chocolate in the microwave, stirring often to prevent burning, for approximately 2-2 1/2 minutes.

Using a fork, stir the white chocolate and drop one cracker at a time into the chocolate, allowing it to be fully covered and then letting the extra chocolate drip off the cracker. Place the covered cracker on the wax paper and allow it to harden. Melt additional chocolate as needed. Continue until all the crackers are covered.

Let the crackers stand for 1-2 hours. You may refrigerate to chill or eat at room temperature.
