Combine sugar, milk, margarine. Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add peanut butter, and stir until smooth. Add crumbled crackers and mix. Drop on wax paper. * You can substitute chocolate chip cookies or graham crackers in place of saltines.
