| | Directions | | Combine egg yolks, pumpkin, brown sugar, and spices. Stir in milk. Fold in bread cubes, pecans, dates, and raisins. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a greased 10 x 6 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Serve warm with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings. |
