| | Directions | | Sift dry ingredient into mixing bowl. Make well in center, add salad oil, egg yolks, water, pumpkin. Beat until smooth. Add cram of tarter to egg whites; beat to very stiff peaks. pour egg yolk batter over surface of whites, gently fold in. Bake in ungreased tube pan 55 minute at 325°, increase heat to 350° bake 10minutes longer. Invert and remove from pan when cool. |
