1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink.
2. Stir in Sauce Mix and water.
3. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with McCormick® Paprika or Parsley Flakes, if desired. Serve over noodles or rice.
White Wine Stroganoff: Stir in 2 tablespoons white wine or sherry and 1 package (8 ounces) sliced mushrooms with the Sauce Mix and water.
Herbed Beef Stroganoff: Add 2 teaspoons McCormick® Tarragon Leaves with the Sauce Mix and water.
