| | Directions | | Cream the eggs and sugar together. Add flour, vanilla, scalded milk and 2 T butter, melted. Mix all together. Pour mixture into an extra large cookie sheet with sides, lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 - 20 minutes at 350°. Spread the peanut butter over the cake while still hot. Cool completely. When cake is cooled, melt chocolate with 2 T butter in double boiler. Pour melted chocolate over cake. Cool in refrigerator until ready to serve. Let it stand for about 1/2 hour before cutting into squares. |
