Broiled Caribbean Tilapia - Recipe

McCormick® Caribbean Citrus Seafood Marinade Mix is an easy way to add the sunny flavors of the islands to your favorite seafood.

1. Mix Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place tilapia in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate 15 minutes. Remove tilapia from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade in bag.

3. Broil 8 to 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with reserved marinade halfway through cooking time.
