Directions
Combine rice and milk together in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until rice is tender and has absorbed most of the milk, about 45 minutes. Add salt, butter, sugar, vanilla, raisins, and eggs. Turn into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Yield: 6 servings

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/2 cup seedless raisins
-4 eggs, beaten
-1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
