| | Directions | | Prepare brownies according to package instructions for "cake" brownies. Wash, cap and slice strawberries into bowl. Remove 1/3 cup and mash (with sugar and water if desired) and gently stir back into sliced berries. Refrigerate. At serving, top brownie square with scoop of ice cream, top with berries and enjoy. Whipped cream or whipped topping may be used instead of ice cream. |
