| | Directions | | Cut rhubarb, place in bottom of a 9 x13 inch cake pan. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar and 1 1/2 pkg. strawberry jello over rhubarb. Prepare cake mix as directed and pour over rhubarb. Bake at 350° for 50 or 55 minutes. Serve with cool whip or ice cream, if desired. |
