Directions
For Crust: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all crust ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Press into bottom and up sides of a 9" pie plate. Spray with Pam. Bake 10 minutes and cool completely.

For Filling: In a saucepan, combine marshmallows and milk over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Cool to room temperature. Add liqueurs, extract and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into cooled pie shell. Cover and freeze 6-8 hours until firm.

-24 Marshmallows (large)
-3/4 cup Milk
-1/2 cup amaretto liqueur
-1/2 cup white creme de menthe liqueur
-2 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
-3 drops red food coloring
-2 cups whipping cream, whipped
