Mix condensed milk, pudding and cold water blending well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes add and blend well; cream cheese then gently fold in whipped topping to mixture. In a separate bowl mix hot water, instant coffee and Kahlua; stir well. Arrange 24 Lady Fingers in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle half of the coffee mixture over the Lady Fingers, then half of the pudding/cream cheese mixture, then sprinkle with half of the cocoa powder. Repeat procedure with the remaining Lady Fingers, coffee mixture, pudding/cream cheese mixture and cocoa powder.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 24-48 hours before serving.
To reduce calories without affecting flavor use fat-free Sweetened Condensed Milk, sugar free pudding, reduced fat cream cheese and light Cool Whip
