Directions
For cake:

Combine all ingredients except nuts and beat for 2 minutes. Put nuts on bottom of a greased Bundt pan. Pour batter over nuts. Bake at 350° for 50 - 60 minutes.

For Sauce:

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over warm cake. Cover cake and let soak-- the longer the better!

-1 cup butter
-1/4 cup water
-1/2 cup rum
-1 cup white sugar
