Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars 2 - Recipe

Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt morsels and butter. Stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half of mixture firmly onto bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool at room temperature. Chill before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers.

-1/3 cup butter or margarine
-2 cups graham cracker crumbs
-1 cup chopped nuts
-1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz pkg)
-1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounce can)
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
