Drain fruit. Line pie shell with cut side of fruit facing down. Mix whipping cream, egg, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour creamed mixture over fruit. Bake for 1 hour @ 275 degrees. Cool slightly. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

-1 cup reduced fat whipping cream
