| | Directions | | Mix all ingredients in bowl by kneading with hands for approximately 15 minutes. Pat into an 8" square baking pan. Using a fork, prick to the bottom all over. Bake at 300° for 50 to 60 minutes. (Shortbread should be light brown in color.) While hot, cut into small pieces. Cool. Remove from pan. |
