| 1.Choose small or large meringues, according to taste. Whip cream. Add vanilla extract. Slice bananas. Drain mandarin oranges well, if used. 2. In a saucepan, combine ingredients for chocolate sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring. Cook for a minute or two, whisking, until thickened and satiny. 3. In a bowl or other serving dish, layer meringues, whipped cream and fruit. 4. Drizzle with chocolate sauce. Serve immediately. |
