| | Directions | | Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add sugar and bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool to lukewarm, add eggs, one at a time and mix well. Add vanilla and dry ingredients. Stir in nuts then pour into greased and floured 9 inch square pan. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Yield: 15 squares |
