A perfect summer treat. This fruit pizza can be enjoyed anytime of the year but is best when the fruit is at it's peak. It will be a favorite of both young and old.

Fruit Pizza with Glaze Topping Recipe
Directions
  • Mix together powdered sugar, melted margarine and flour; press in large cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees F.; cool.
  • Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cooled crust.
  • Top with fruit.
  • Boil together cornstarch, fruit juice, sugar and lemon juice. Let the glaze cool and pour over fruit.

-3 cups flour
-16 ounces cream cheese, softened
-1 cup sugar
-2 teaspoons vanilla
-4 cups assorted fruit, cut up
-3 tablespoons cornstarch
-1 1/2 cups fruit juice (apple, orange, or pineapple work well)
-1 cup sugar
-2 teaspoons lemon juice
