Caribbean Shrimp Bruschetta - Recipe

Shrimp cocktail goes Caribbean when paired with allspice and mangoes.

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix shrimp, cheese, mango, bell pepper, green onion, lime juice, allspice, thyme, red pepper and salt in large bowl until well blended. 


2. Place bread slices on foil-lined baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly toasted, turning once. Spoon shrimp mixture evenly onto bread slices. 


3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

-1 mango, peeled and chopped (1 cup)
-1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper

-1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Allspice, Ground
-1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
-1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Red Pepper, Crushed
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 loaf French bread, cut into 32 (1/2-inch) slices
