| | Directions | | Beat eggs, add sugar and cinnamon. Beat, add milk and pumpkin. Mix well. Pour mixture into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture in the pan. Melt margarine and drizzle over cake mix. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Cool. Serve each piece with cool whip and a whole pecan on top. |
