Salted Cashew Bars - Recipe

Another take on salted nut rolls but even better as they are made with cashews.

Salted Cashew Bars Recipe
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together. Add flour and combine.
  • Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cashews over crust in pan.
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt corn syrup, butterscotch chips butter and vanilla. Stir constantly.
  • Pour over nuts. Allow to cool before cutting.

-3/4 cup brown sugar
-1 1/2 cups flour
-12 ounces salted cashews
-1/2 cup corn syrup
-6 ounces butterscotch chips
-1 tablespoon butter
-1 teaspoon vanilla
