- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar together. Add flour and combine.
- Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle cashews over crust in pan.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt corn syrup, butterscotch chips butter and vanilla. Stir constantly.
- Pour over nuts. Allow to cool before cutting.
