- Cut the celery stalks into large pieces, including the leaves, and place in the food processor. Process until finely minced.
- Put the rest of the ingredients except the vodka and only 1/4 of the tomato juice in the food processor. Process until everything is combined well.
- Put the remaining juice and the vodka in a pitcher. Pour the contents of the food processor into the pitcher, too.
- Chill until ready to serve. Serve in tall glasses over ice with a garnish.
