Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over sliced apples until all slices are covered. Beat sugar, Bisquick mix, eggs, milk, and butter in blender. Pour over apples in a greased pie plate. Topping: 1/3 C. brown sugar, packed 3 T. firm butter 1/2 C. Bisquick mix 1 C. chopped pecans Mix brown sugar, Bisquick mix, and butter with fingers until crumbly. Pat over apples in pie plate and then sprinkle chopped pecans. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes. |
