Directions
For cake, in a small bowl, mix food coloring, water and cocoa. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, buttermilk, oil, vanilla extract and vinegar. Add cocoa mixture, add flour and baking soda. Mix three minutes. Batter will be rather thin. Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes. Watch carefully - don't overcook. For icing, cream together cream cheese, Oleo, vanilla extract and milk. Add sugar. Cream together until smooth.

-8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
-1 stick Oleo (room temperature)
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
-3 tablespoons milk
