| | Directions | | Combine sugar and oil; add vanilla; add eggs one at a time beating after each addition. Add dry ingredients alternately with pineapple and nuts. Lastly add grated carrots. Don't over beat. Pour into three 9 inch greased pans and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly and frost with your favorite icing. |
