| | Directions | | Melt margarine and cocoa. Remove from heat, stir in sugar and eggs; mix well. Add flour and salt; mix well. Stir in pecans and vanilla. Pour into greased and floured large jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Put back into oven for a few minutes; until marshmallows start to puff up. For frosting: Melt margarine; add cocoa and milk; heat to boil; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix with wire whisk. Pour chocolate frosting over top. |
