Beat cream cheese. Mix in cool whip and pudding. Layer in bowl: 1/3 cookie crumbs, 1/2 pudding mix, 1/3 cookie crumbs, 1/2 pudding mix and 1/3 cookie crumbs on top.

-		1 package Oreo cookies, crushed (1 lb bag)
-		8 ounces cream cheese, softened
-		9 ounces Cool Whip
-		3 1/2 ounces vanilla or chocolate pudding (prepared according to box)
