- Prepare rice according to package directions except add 1/2 package of ranch dressing mix to the water.
- Heat oil in large skillet skillet over medium-high heat. Season chops with salt and pepper. Add chops and cook until browned on both sides.
- In a small bowl, combine soup, milk and remaining salad dressing mix. Pour over browned pork chops in skillet. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until heated through.
