Chocolate Truffles 6 - Recipe

Directions
Melt 6 squares of chocolate with sugar and 3 T. butter in double boiler over hot but not boiling water. Remove from heat. Stir small amount of mixture into 3 slightly beaten egg yolks; return to hot mixture, stirring well.

Blend in 1 T. rum or brandy. Chill, without stirring, for 1 to 2 hours. Shape in 1 inch balls. Roll balls in grated chocolate or sprinkles and chill.

-1 tablespoon rum or brandy (I use a little more)
