- While steaming potatoes, prepare your choice of ham; set aside.
- In a medium non-stick pan, melt the butter.
- Saute mushrooms and scallions until tender. Turn down heat to low to simmer and add broccoli and garlic.
- Add water to gravy mix and add to sauce pan. Increase heat and stir in milk, stirring often. It will thicken.
- Once thickened, turn down the heat and add the ham, potatoes (cut in half then sliced), and grated cheese; stir to mix ingredients.
- Turn into a 9 x 9 pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
- You can add a layer of cheese for a brown cheesy crust.
