- Boil chicken until it starts to fall apart. Take chicken out of pot but keep water.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Shred chicken and then mix in chilies, black beans, and olives.
- Dip tortillas in water and fill with chicken mix. Roll tortillas up and place in a baking dish.
- Top with cheese and bake for 10 min or until cheese is melted. Serves with salsa and sour cream.
