- Mix the cream cheese, margarine, and flour together with hands, form a ball, and chill for one hour.
- Mix filling ingredients together until well blended.
- Roll out chilled dough a little at a time on floured surface and cut with round cutter. Put in mini-muffin pans, fill 3/4 full with filling. Bake at 400 degrees F. for 15 minutes.
