Directions
    • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    • I like to line my cookie sheet with aluminum foil before placing meatloaf patties on it. (Makes it easier to clean.)
    • In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, milk, eggs, onion soup mix, instant oatmeal and ketchup. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. It should almost be a little soupy, if not you can add another tbsp or two of milk. Make into patties (size is completely up to you but remember the bigger the patty the longer to cook) and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
    • Check patties by inserting a knife into the patty.
    GLAZE:
    • While your meatloaf patties are cooking take the remaining ingredients (brown sugar and ketchup) and mix in a small bowl; blend well. You can add more or less of these ingredients depending on your taste.
    • When done to your desire take cookie sheet out of the oven and spread glaze over the top of each patty. Place cookie sheet back into the oven for 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and serve with your favorite side dishes or try it with mine. I hope you and your family enjoy these as much as mine!!
