Cake: Mix cake ingredients per box. Then bake cake according to directions on the box. May also add the 3 extracts to cake batter.
Icing: Mix Crisco with mixer to soften. Add water and 1 lb. confectioners sugar. Mix several minutes. Add the 3 extracts, then the other box of confectioners sugar. Mix well.
May also add food coloring of your choice.
