- Combine boxed rice and seasoning mix, mayonnaise, chicken soup, evaporated milk and chicken broth.
- Saute celery, onion, and green pepper until soft in butter. Add celery, onion, and green pepper to rice mixture.
- Add cheese and broccoli florets and mix well.
- Pour into greased 13 X 9 casserole dish and top with Durkee french fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
