- Brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add beans, corn, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Add seasonings to your taste.
- Simmer for 30 minutes to an hour. Just before serving, Stir Velveeta into the stew until it melts.
- Note: If you like, chopped bell pepper or sweet banana peppers can be added to onion and beef.
