Directions
Combine milk, sugar, Bisquick, eggs, butter and vanilla in electric blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes.

Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
