- In a large saute pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add peppers and onion until tender.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add mushrooms and chicken. Continue to cook until heated through. Stir in dry salad dressing mix and combine thoroughly.
- Warm tortillas in microwave, if desired. Place chicken mixture inside and roll up. Top with anything you prefer, from cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce or avocado.
