Directions
  • Toast chopped pecans. Allow to cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Heinz 57, hot sauce, and garlic, mixing until cream cheese is blended with other ingredients and is smooth.
  • Shape into a ball or log and roll in toasted pecans.
  • Refrigerate.

-2 dashes hot sauce or more if you like things a little spicy
-1 1/2 teaspoons granulated garlic
-1 cup chopped pecans - toasted
