| | Directions | | Use stick of butter to coat 9 x 13 pan lightly. Melt remaining butter and place in large bowl. Put walnuts and Cool Whip in with butter and stir. Crush approximately 5"S" cookies and sprinkle across bottom of pan. Use enough cookies to coat bottom of pan. Stir together pineapple, Cool Whip mixture and confectioner's sugar. Spoon mixture over cookies. Sprinkle 3 or 4 crushed "S" cookies on top. Refrigerate overnight or serve immediately. |
