| | Directions |
- Begin to boil water for rigatoni.
- Fry sausage in skillet, breaking into small chunks as frying.
- Add rigatoni to boiling water and cook until done; drain.
- Add garlic and onion to browned fully cooked sausage and a splash of olive oil.
- Toss until combined; add remainder of ingredients.
- Simmer about 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
- Serve over rigatoni top with grated Parmesan cheese.
