Directions
  • Begin to boil water for rigatoni.
  • Fry sausage in skillet, breaking into small chunks as frying.
  • Add rigatoni to boiling water and cook until done; drain.
  • Add garlic and onion to browned fully cooked sausage and a splash of olive oil.
  • Toss until combined; add remainder of ingredients.
  • Simmer about 30 minutes or until desired consistency.
  • Serve over rigatoni top with grated Parmesan cheese.

-16 ounces can chopped tomatoes
-16 ounces can tomato sauce
-1 clove garlic
-1 package rigatoni
- Oregano
- Basil
- Parsley
- Mushrooms
-1 medium onion
- Olive oil
- Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
